Returns

To start a return, please submit a return request using our Returns Form. Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide next steps.

Please do not send items back without approval, as returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returns are eligible within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Product

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please submit a request through our form with the following:

  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or bank statement)

Our team will review your submission and determine the best resolution.

Due to international shipping restrictions, we’re unable to send replacement items outside the United States. Customers in the U.S. and Canada are eligible for a refund on faulty products.
