We accept returns for new, unopened, and unused merchandise ordered through our website within 30 days of delivery.

If your purchase was made directly from WS Game Company, start your return in our online Returns Center. Just enter your order number and the ZIP code it shipped to. If your item is eligible, you'll get a prepaid return label.

If you purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

Return shipping depends on the reason for the return. Return options and shipping costs, if applicable, will be provided during the online return process.
