WS Game Company Giveaway — Official Rules

1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by WS Game Company, 66 Summer St, Manchester MA 01944 (“Sponsor”).
2. ENTRY PERIOD
The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, visit the Giveaway landing page at this link and complete the entry form by providing your email address and Instagram handle. Both fields are required for entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Automated, scripted, or third-party entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Two (2) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about July 7, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
6. PRIZE
Two (2) winners will receive:
Monopoly Americana Edition (Approximate Retail Value: $80).
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @WSGameCompany using the Instagram handle provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If no response is received, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Entrants who provide incorrect or invalid Instagram handles
• Messages filtered to “Message Requests,” spam, or hidden folders
• Inability to contact a selected potential winner due to privacy settings or technical issues
8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, participants agree to:
a) be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions;
b) allow the use of their first name, last initial, and/or social handle in winner announcements;
c) receive marketing email communications from WS Game Company (with the ability to unsubscribe at any time).
9. GENERAL RELEASE
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical errors; or any other issue that may prevent proper entry or winner notification. If the Promotion is compromised by fraud, technical failures, or any factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Email addresses collected for entry will be used for winner notification and future marketing communications.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you agree to release Instagram from all liability related to the Promotion.
14. WINNER LIST
For the name of the winner (first name, last initial), send a written request to Contest Entries, WS Game Company, 66 Summer St, Manchester MA 01944 within 30 days following the end of the Entry Period.
