I have a problem with my game. What should I do?

We take great pride in the quality of our products and our customer service. If you are missing a piece, received a damaged or defective item, or have other concerns related to your purchase, please give us a chance to make it right. Contact our customer service team who will do their best to solve your problem.

How do I make a return?
If you purchased the item on our website, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Please enjoy extended holiday returns until January 31st for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st. Items must be returned in mint condition with all packaging intact. Please visit our returns page for instructions.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any item that has been opened, unless it arrived in damaged condition. For assistance with damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team.

Many of our products can be purchased through other retailers, both online and in-store. If you purchased your product elsewhere and wish to return it, please contact the retailer for their policy. We can still help with Replacement Parts if that’s what you need!

Do you ship to my location?
We currently ship to all locations in the United States.

Whoops, I’ve made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as you realize your mistake. We will discuss the best option for your situation.

I’ve lost the instructions for my game. Where can I find them?
We try to create a convenient place to store the instructions in all of our products, but sometimes they get misplaced! If this happens to you, please visit our Product Instructions download page.

Is there a WS Game Company store anywhere?
We do not have a brick-and-mortar location at this time.

Can I sell WS Game Company games in my store?
You must be an authorized WS Game Company retailer to sell WS Game Company products in your store. Please submit the Wholesale Application Form to become an authorized WS Game Company retailer.
